The Al Habtoor Tennis Challenge team is available to assist players get a Visit Visa to participate in the tournament. Please read the below carefully to understand the visa requirements for the United Arab Emirates and the necessary steps to take ahead of your visit.

For Visa :-

Duly filled visa application form with accurate information (Downnload Visa Form).

Clear/Recent photo with a white background.

Clear copy of passport (all edges visible) in PDF format.

Round-trip flight ticket.
-
Confirmed hotel reservation.

For tennis players: an invitation letter is recommended.

Certain nationalities are required to submit a 6-month bank statement with a minimum balance of USD 4,000.

For African nationals, a police clearance certificate from the country of residence is mandatory.

Document & form must be emailed to tournament.desk@habtoortennis.com.
The visa fees are non-refundable. No refund will be given once the visa is applied for; even if it is rejected for any reason.
All charges will be subject to 5% surcharge which are applied by PayPal for the handling and securing of payments. This will appear in your invoice as “taxes".
*** Please note that before the deadline, the Visa Application form, colour Passport copy and personal photo must be sent by email along with the payment. Missing documents will result in a late application which will result in a late payment fee.
