Visa Deadline for all players: 05 November 2021

For all other nationalities, the following MUST be adhered to :-
Passport MUST be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
Passport MUST be colour scanned and emailed to [email protected], with coloured passport photo.
Visa Form (PDF EXCEL) to be duly filled with valid credit card details and card holder’s signature.
Visa charges must be paid in advance
Transit Visa charges per passport are AED 300 net, provided that the scanned passport, personal photo and payment are received by the Tournament Office as per specified deadline above.
Transit Visa is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
Duration of the stay is 14 days from the date of arrival.
Visas will be processed within 2-3 working days, please note that Dubai weekend days are Friday and Saturday.
The visa fees are non-refundable. No refund will be given once the visa is applied for; even if it is rejected for any reason.
All charges will be subject to 5% surcharge which are applied by PayPal for the handling and securing of payments. This will appear in your invoice as “taxes".
*** Please note that before the deadline, the Visa Application form, colour Passport copy and personal photo must be sent by email along with the payment. Missing documents will result in a late application which will result in a late payment fee.
